Payment Policy

At Parinda Travels, we aim to provide a transparent and convenient booking process. Kindly review our payment terms before confirming your travel package.

1. Booking Confirmation

• To secure and confirm any travel package, an advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation will be issued only after the receipt of the required advance amount.
• The balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

2. Payment Schedule

Domestic Tour Packages

• 30% Advance Payment at the time of booking confirmation.
• 70% Remaining Balance to be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.

International Tour Packages

• 60% Advance Payment at the time of booking confirmation.
• 40% Remaining Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

Last-Minute Bookings

• For bookings made within the final payment period before departure, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Parinda Travels accepts payments through the following channels:

• UPI Payments
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Online Payment Gateway
• Cash Payments (subject to applicable government regulations)

4. Payment Responsibility

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of all dues.
• Delayed payments may result in cancellation of reservations by hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other suppliers.
• Any price increase due to delayed payments or changes in supplier rates shall be borne by the traveler.

5. Non-Payment & Booking Cancellation

• Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Cancellation charges and supplier penalties, if applicable, will be deducted as per the prevailing Cancellation Policy.
• Any refund resulting from such cancellation will be processed according to the applicable refund terms.

6. Pricing & Currency

• All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Rates are subject to change until the booking is fully confirmed and payment has been received.
• Taxes, government levies, or supplier charges introduced after quotation may be charged additionally where applicable.

7. Payment Confirmation

• Customers are advised to share payment receipts or transaction references after making payment for quicker verification.
• A booking confirmation voucher and payment acknowledgment will be issued once the payment has been successfully verified.
